Brilliant , took our little grandson out and he was mesmerised by it . Helped flying and only 2yrs old .
Hi really like these sunglasses, nice and light and a good fit. Love the sustainability feature of being biodegradable. Only small thing is I think the logo is too big and is on both arms - it's quite a sleek classic design so massive logos don't make sense.
The string isn't cotton, as advertised. The material the kites were made of wasn't great quality and I regret buying them. The materials were all too cheap but the price was expensive. Customer service is also non existent.

Firstly, are you ok? You have left us five angry reviews over the weekend for one purchase. That's a lot of anger over a kite.
We have offered you a full refund, but you didn't want to return the kites because your kids were enjoying them. You asked us for a partial refund, but still didn't want to return the kites, so I'm confused about what you expect. Do you usually get a refund with this approach?
Sorry we didn't reply to your email on Sunday, but we try to take at least one day off a week.

Fabulous kite. Worked well. Shame the line didnt come already tied to the kite itself as we were worried our knotting wouldn’t hold it in the VERY strong wind! However it worked well and was wonderful to look up at!
My new glasses, Cote d’Azure, arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged. They even came with a lovely cork case. Unfortunately I have got to return them as they appear quite different in the photo, the plastic lenses are one piece and attached to the front of the glasses rather than inserted into the frame. Giving them a very dark and flat appearance and completely looses the beautiful grain of the natural rosewood. It seems an odd way to style glasses. I e.mailed the company who said they all come like that now. So disappointed as on line they looked wonderful.

I am so sorry you didn't like your sunglasses. You are correct, the one-piece lens is attached to the front of the frame rather than two lenses inserted in the frame. It gives a smooth, chic look that is really popular. We have received your return and issued a full refund. Sorry we couldn't help this time.
The good: they look great, did not disappoint in style.
The middling: seemed small for my face, I think that, due to being wood rather than metal, the frames are slightly thicker and hence the lenses slightly smaller than typical which affects how they look on a face.
The bad: one of the wooden arms broke at the hinge on first use. The wood seems a little too thin, and perhaps there could have been a little more glue (based on what could be seen under the break). Perhaps this was bad luck or a one off issue that slipped passed QC, but even if that is the case these won't have any real long term durability.
Returned for a refund.

Outstanding great quality, professional and absolutely great value for money. Good service and they look and feel very much an expensive pair of glass’s. Had other makes far more expensive and the are no where near the quality.
