Kids come in so many different shapes that it's difficult to put a precise size on them or their sunglasses. So our kids collection are sized by age group.

All orders are shipped from the UK.  For items shipped in the UK we use Royal Mail or courier services.  Where items are shipped to overseas, we will use a carrier appropriate to the destination country.  

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS:

Within 30 days of purchase you can return any purchase that is unused, undamaged and still within its original packaging.

To arrange a return or exchange, please email us at the address below with your name, order number and details of the items you would like to return and/or exchange.  We will send you a returns label free of charge.

REFUNDS:

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Funds will be transferred electronically back to the card or paypal account from which the original payment was made. Time for funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your card provider.

Please note, Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Our guarantee doesn't cover accidental breakages or scratched lenses that result from misuse.

If you would like to make a claim under your guarantee, please email us at the address below with a note of; your name, email, your order number (if you have it), the reason for your claim.

For valid claims, we will replace your sunglasses free of charge.  Please note, we cannot offer refunds beyond the 30-day returns period.
